Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

The service

This site checks your Italo train number against Italy's official guaranteed-trains list published for the 9–10 July 2026 rail strike, and — on the paid tier — alerts you if that list changes or if the strike is called off. We provide information only. We do not track live, day-of cancellations, sell tickets, run trains, or act for Italo / NTV. Rail conditions can change between our check and your journey; always confirm on italotreno.com before travelling.

Paid tier

The one-time fee of €3.99 covers alerts for your chosen train until the strike ends (02:00 CEST, 10 July 2026). Payment is processed by our merchant of record, Creem.io, which is the seller of record for the transaction.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the alert is time-critical, by buying you ask us to begin performance immediately; you keep the right to withdraw and we refund regardless (see below).

Refunds

Not satisfied? Reply to your receipt email within 14 days and we refund in full, no questions asked. Because this covers a single dated event, refund requests after 10 July are still honoured on request.

Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damage — at most the amount you paid. The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
